Ramadan’20: Roze me pyaas na lage isiliye sehri me in baton ka rakhiye khayal

Ramadan ka paak mahina ane wala hai. Duniya bhar me ramadan 23 April se shuru hone wala hai aur uske saat hi sehri aur iftaar ki tayyari bhi shuru hojati hai

Is paak mahine me roza rakha jata hai, jise rakhne se momin ka martaba buland hota hai, saare gunah mitadiye jate hain aur momin Allah ka qurb hasil karta hai.

Iss saal hindustan me roza lagbhag 13-14 ghante ka hoga

Waise to garmi ke mahine me bhuke pyaase rehna asaan nahi hai lekin, kuch baaten dhyan me rakhna zaruri hai.

Ek roze daar ko sehri me aise chizen khani chahiye jisse ke din bhar pyaas na lage aur roza ache se guzar jaye.

Chaliye dekhte hai sehri “suhoor” ke kaunsi chizen khani chahiye aur kaunsi nahi:

Jaise ap jante hai, sabzion me sabse zyada vitamins rehte hai jise sehri me khane se din bhar apku taqat milte rahegi.

Aur hosake to paani wali sabzi ya phal khayen jisse apke jism me paani ki kami nahi hogi.

Spicy Dishes:

Bohat se log theeka khana pasand karte hai, aur kuch hadd tak wo galat bhi nahi hai.

Lekin aise waqt jab ap ko din bhar bhuka pyasa rehna hai tab zyada theeka khane se parhez karen.

Khas kar wo log jinhe acidity ya gases ki shikayat ho waise log kam theeka khaen

Sehri ke waqt jitna hosake tala hua kam hi khayen.

Tali hui chizen jaiske samose ya pakode khane se din bhar pyaas lagte rehti hai, aisa hona ek pareshani ki wajah bansakti hai.

In chizon se acha hai ke ap bread ya toast khaen jo ke apke pet ke liye halkha phulka sabit hoga

Ramadan iftaar

Jab bhi iftaar ki baat aati hai to pehle phal jo dimag me aata hai wo khajoor hai. Khajoor khudrat ka ek aisa phal hai jo apke shareer ki har kami ko pura karta hai.

Khajoor me bohat saare alag alag antioxidants hote hai jo apke sugar aur blood pressure ke level ko maintain karta hai.

Iftaar ke time per khajur khane se din bhar kki kami ko door karta hai aur apke shareer me sugar level ko maintain karta hai jisse roze ki kamzori kam mehsus hoti hai.

Dairy Products:

Sehri me doodh, dahin ya butter milk ka istemal kare. Ye saari chizen apke digestion ko acha karti hai aur shareer me paani ka level maintain karti hai.

Sehri me hi nahi, iftaar me bhi dahin ka istemal karna chahiye. Dahin ke bacteria pet ki problems door karke digestion acha karte hai.

Paneer bhi pet ke liye bohat acha hai. Ise raat me dinner me khasakte hai, ye shareer ko calcium aur protein deta hai jo kamzori door karta hai

Last but not the least, Paani. Sehri me jitna hosake paani zyada ka istemal kare. Is saal ramadan garmi me aaya hai, aur din bhar bohat saara paani pasine se nikaljata hai.

Hosake to Khane se 30 minutes pehle paani pina chahiye, aur sehri ke baad kam se kam 3 glass paani pina chahiye.

Paani ke alawa juices bhi peesakte hai. Bohat se log nimbu paani bhi pite hai, jisse apko vitamin C bhi miljata hai.

Humesha ki tarha, Umeed hai ke ap sab in baton ka khayal zarur rakhenge. Agar kuch miss hogaya ho to comment karke hume zarur bataen.

Dua hai apka ye Ramadan achi sehat aur bahali ke saat guzre.
